Some of the healthy tips where each and every pregnant women should follow for the healthy baby growth.


  • Exercise is very important for the health and it will also reduces the stress. Especially
    walking in the morning.
  • Avoid drinking alcohol.
  • Don’t smoke or permit yourself to be presented to used smoke.
  • A good sleep is also important at least 8 hrs minimum.
  • A pregnant women should wear comfortable dress which avoids stretch marks.
  • Drinking a good quantity of water will remove all the bacteria from inside the body.
  • Medications should be taken only if the prescription is given by the doctor.

Health Diet for Pregnant Women


Folic Acid (folate): Asparagus, Broccoli, Bran Flakes, Peas, Dried Beans, Spinach, Cabbage, Whole Grain Bread

Iodine: Sea foods, Sea Weeds, Eggs, Meat, Dairy Products, Small Amount of Iodized Salt

Iron: Barley, Red Meat, Pumpkin Seeds, Soy Beans, Oat Bran, Dried Fruits(raisins, apricots)

Vitamin A: The best way to increase your Vitamin A is through food sources like fish, milk eggs. Excessive intake of Vitamin A is not recommended.

Supplements: Vitamin D, Vitamin C, Niacin, Riboflavin, Thiamine, Vitamin B12, Vitamin E, Zinc, Iron
